For solo, independent artists (photography, drawing, painting, etc.) and makers. You must make all your own wares in order to qualify for this level. This is for hand-made and scratch-made items. Some will be placed at the north end of the park, but the bulk will be placed around the stage in the sunbowl in the center of the park. (will sell out fast)
